After participating in so many life-enriching events this week, I feel like a poster child for optimism. Every day last week, Inclusive Leaders were co-facilitating one or more inclusive team building or community building workshops.  Leaders in business, government, non-profit organizations, and schools explored diversity with open minds and hearts – guided by our values of safety, respect, equality and joy. As a Grade 5 student in one of our workshops said, “If everyone in our school becomes an inclusive, cooperative leader, we will become a very courageous school community.”

No wonder I’m feeling so hopeful!
